Do a Google search for removing the 2 viruses: Trojan.Downloader and Backdoor.Bot. You may find a proper removal procedure.
Best practice is to clean the virus first, then do any service pack and security updates.
Try removing the registry keys manually. Start - Run - regedit - press Enter
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run\Windows Network Data Management System Service (Trojan.Downloader) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run\Spooler SubSystem App (Backdoor.Bot) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
Install 30 day trial for Eset NOD32, update it, then run scan. Also try running it in Safe Mode (hint: as soon as computer is turned on, tap your F8 key several times).0 -

You need to run a full scan of Malwarebytes. After you updated it, you only ran a quick scan! So update again, and run a full scan!Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

Did you remember to disable the system restore, BEFORE running the scans?
If not when you reboot it will restore the infection.0 -
try it with safe mode option.0

Run a FULL malwarebytes scan
Otherwise it stays in the restore points etc:idea:0
