Reclaiming charges from cahoot when on reduced repayments on a flexible loan

I am making agreed reduced repayments to cahoot on an overdraft, a credit card and a flexible loan (total debts approx £6k).
They never hassle me about increasing payments, and I don't know whether to start the proceedings for reclaiming charges or not. I have the letter ready to go, with the detail of charges made and interest added and need to decide whether to post it or not. Will this just anger the beast? Will they just try to close the account and recall all debts?
Charges +interest = £1760, and the 6 year time limit from the first charge is only in february next year meaning it is pretty much now or never.
All thoughts greatly appreciated
