AVAST, MALWAREBYTES & HIJACK THIS LOGS - help needed!

Hi there, a few days ago my computer was running really slowly & kept freezing.
So i did a Malwarebytes scan & meanwhile Avast found 7 infected/Trojan files (below) which i put in the virus chest.
Also did a Superantispyware scan (which got rid of the spyware) and did a Hijackthis Log last.
Basically, i need to know what i should get rid of - as i have no idea what i should be deleting.

First thing to do:

Your Malwarebytes is wildly out of date, so who knows whats on your computer, that it didn't pick up.

Click on the update tab, and then update the program. Then run a FULL scan again, and post the results. As it stands, you've done a scan with at least 6 month old definitions!

You also appear to be running Norton and Avast which is not recommended, as you have posted an Avast log (the better of the two) I will assume that you do not intend to have this on their and suggest that you remove Norton first through add/remove programs in the control panel and then using the removal tool from the publishers website. http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039
