Can you recommend a HIP provider in Surrey?

Or, more specifically, in the Croydon area? I would prefer to organise my own HIP than use the company attached to/recommended by the Estate Agent. Thanks.

I used My Hip Home on the internet last week, cost me £208ish... They are nationwide.

Very good service, the Energy Assessor rang me up the next day, arranged the appointment for the following day, and then I received the mini-hip (required to market your property) the next day.

All in all four days from start to finish at a very competitive rate (although not the cheapest)

We used Hips4u and they were brilliant. Could not fault them. They even did a revised hip for us 2 weeks later at no extra charge to add extra details about planning/building regs permission. Would highly recommend them.

I've had hips4u out today to do their bit. £204 inc VAT is half the price my selling agent would have charged me.

East Surrey Hips - Based in Warlingham covering Caterham, Croydon Purley etc. I am an EA in the area and have recommended her to many clients that seem to be pleased - don't know about price but cheaper than my company ones!!

Have to also recommend My Hip Home. Was about the 200 GBP mark, went online filled out the PIQ and energy guy called, came around nxt day, that evening got the mini hip generated online as a pdf so i could market the house, had to wait for the council searches to come back for a full hip which took 2 weeks after that. but that was the council's fault, wouldn't be any different with anyone else. but the key is they turned around the mini hip in literally 2 days so i could legally market the property. good price, etc.
