Hi
I sent a request for details of charges to capital one with a£10 cheque. They cashed the cheque over 50 days ago and I have not had any details from them.
Im aware I can contact the The Information Commissioner's Office but have no idea what department or what Im actually reporting capital one for ??
Any help would be appreciated.
