Desperate for banking help

I was a Natwest account holder for 20years +.last year i started up my own company and opened up a business account with Natwest as well. Things did not too well last year and the company has a £5K overdraft.
In May I decided that I could no longer pay myself a regular wage so went to Natwest and told them this and asked them to look at my personal loan payments and help out with a tempary reduction in repayments. They said someone would contact me. No one did! 6 weeks later they took the next payment out of the account sending me overdrawn and unable to pay my other DD commitments.I went into bank and queried this with them and the money was refunded into my account and an appology was made. 5 days later i received a letter from the bank saying 'they were closing my business and personal accounts down and that the £5k overdraft and the o/s loan on personal account had to be paid in full. Can they do this? What is my best options?
Please can anyone help!!!!!!
