EDF energy not tracked yet - has yours?

I signed up for EDF via Quidco last Sunday and the transaction still has not yet appeared on my account. You have to wait 28 days (the usual is 14) before you can log a query. I cleared all my cookies before signing up via Quidco.

I just wondered if I am worrying too early, or wether other people have had the same experience as me, and found it tracked after a week or so. I'm not sure if I should cancel it or not and then apply again.

Hi, did one swich for myself and one for my elderly mother ,both tracked within 24 hours.

I also signed up on Saturday and still waiting for it to track... it's never straight forward is it?! Will give it a few more days before querying it.

I switched to EDF through quidco yesterday afternoon.Logged in last night and it had already tracked.
According to quidco statistics tracking speed is fast 0-3 days (1 day average)
Tracking reliability is high (100% tracked)

my EDF tracked in quidco within about half hour

I switched using Cashback Kings and it tracked on the 14th day. Noticed that they have reduced the cashback to £50 for a dual switch since then.

i too switched mine and my mothers in her account and they have both not tracked, i will put a ticket in about 3 weeks ,not going to cancel though

silly question, as you probably did it ok, but you didnt navigate away from the page and sent applied from the link in Quidco?

- Has anyone been paid back into their accounts from quidco as of yet?

yeah i did both right

no one will have been paid yet as edf have only just returned as a merchant in the last 2 weeks
