Help advice needed re Ryanair

I have booked a flight with Ryaniar but the booking was done by a friend who printed out my confirmation and has now cleared the email confirmations from her computer. Yes, I have lost my confirmation. Can I just check in with my name or do I have to have the confirmation number?
Thanks for all your assistance

Normally you just need to turn up with your passport. They have a list at checkin of all the passengers0

A similar thing happened to me when I lost all my e-mails on my PC.
To be on the safe side I called Ryanair and they were able to give me my confirmation numer (I think I just gave then details of all the flights).
I know calling Ryanair may be an expensive hassle but I was able to call from work so felt it was worthwhile.
It's the airline that I find most unhelpful in situations like this and I'd hate to turn up at the airport and for them to demand a confirmation number to check me in.0 -
If your friend paid by credit card , I think the confirmation number actually shows up on the statement, next to the payment details .hth0

I had to fly with Ryan air once from Stansted, and had lost my confirmation number. When I was checking in they asked to see it, and when I said I didnt have it, they made me go to the customer service desk in the next zone along in the airport to get it. They asked me my address to confirm my identity then gave me the number. Then I was able to and check in. They wouldn't let me check in without it, so it's probably best just to ask at the customer service desk before you check in because you don't want to have to wait twice if there are long queques!!0

I've seen them at check-in make a guy switch on his laptop to tell them his number.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
