Sage Invoicing

Dea Friends,
I run a small cleaning company and use Sage Invoicing to invoice my customers.
Unfortunately recently I deleted a few programs/files I haven't used for a long time from the control panel's 'add or remove' section.
As a result Sage no longer starts up as I get the following message:
'The feauture you are trying to use is on a network path that is unavailable'
I presume some things I've deleted are linked to Sage and was wondering what I can do to restore them (unfortunately I've deleted them from the recycle bin too).
I don't want to re-install it as I don't want to lose files and other data off their unless there's a way round this?!
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Reinstalling the application should not remove the data files it has created.
Just in the same way as if you remove MS Word, it will not delete all your Word docs, which should still be safely stored in the Documents folder. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Just make sure you back up the database first, just to be on the safe side.Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0

What version of sage is it?
Be specific ie: Line 50 Version 11, Instant Accounts version 12 or whatever.
Reason I need to know is because the data is stored in different places in different versions.

Hello again
Thanks for the response and apologies for the delay from my side.
It is a free software called Sage Invoicing, it isn't an accounting package as such it just let's you create invoicing and allocate remittances to certain invoices and is very basic to the extent that it doesn't even let you print statements, the website is sageinvoicing.co.uk
The problem is that I have stored all the invoices as pdf's on my flash drive and hard drive but when I re-install I just need the invoices to be there so I know which ones have been paid and which ones haven't, doing this manually will take me forever.
The message I get is as follows:
'Enter an alternate path or enter a path that contains the folder 'sage invoicing and sage startup.ms' in the box below.
I can locate this folder under program files but in the folder I have deleted things by mistake, sorry to come across as a bit of a numpty, it's appreciated though, Thanks.Playing with my money is like playing with my emotions!:cool:0 -
So, what you are really asking is there anything to recover deleted files from the recycle bin and memory stick.
Have you searched your PC for .pdf files as I cannot see how the remove program files has removed data files too.0 -
Sorry if there's been a misunderstanding. What I'm asking is can the files still be there in their original format within sage if I re-install? I have a back up of the files in pdf format but need to ammend things related to them and ammend some files themselves within sage if that makes sense? I have them in pdf format but wanted them in the original format within sage including related data also. ThanksPlaying with my money is like playing with my emotions!:cool:0
