Euro Car Parks gave me a ticket for parking on a service rd @ Salisbury's,i was not over the boundary but they say i was ,my problem is , I wrote & stated" i am a glazing contractor & needed to park there for Health & Safety reasons" which is true ,when this was refused i pointed out i was not on there property any how,, i have asked for a pic or further proof, but they state Euro do not take pics & have sent me a demand from there credit management company [control account plc ] stating a county court judgement will be applied & bailiffs will visit me ect ,do they have too take me to a court to obtain a c,c,j ? ,or can they just do it.any help appreciated cheers david.:A

There are lots of posts about euro carparks, have a good read,. All say the same thing that they are toothless despite all the threats. Just ignore them and their ever more threatening letters, they eventually give up. File all the letters so that you can look back and say "what was I worried about". I assume that you are your own boss and get all the begging letters.

I too have one of these and its been passed to control account who apparently are thinking of taking me to court, so far they have not....

Interesting that they admit they do not keep pics etc so how can they prove you were on the land in the first place, its really just a letter asking for money at the end of the day, one which I wont be replying to

relax! To get a CCJ you have to go to court, lose and then ignore the judgement (ie not pay up within 28 days)... Just ignore them, it'll never get that far! You'll receive threats that they MAY do this and MAY do that but they wont!
