half pay-as-you-go phone bills

heres an interesting one.there are an awful lot of people out there who have been refused,or would be,a mobile phone contract;a good percentage of which read MSE! well how about this; on payg people talk to each other via mobiles even when they are both at home because to ring mobiles via landline is c35p/min. well instead, by ringing an access number,ie no registering etc, from your landline the rate becomes 15p/min!!! ie half the rate thus mobile becomes what they should be used for-ringing 'when mobile' only! and texting.£5 of topup normally gets an average paltry 15 minutes on payg remember. i am on contract but my girlfriend has gone from C£30 P/MNTH to C£10 if that helps! you are billed by your current landline biller eg;bt, toucan etc
