Most regular savings products are only for 12 months - there were a few longer-running ones some years back (Derbyshire BS, now defunct springs to mind as well as the Leeds but dunno if they still do them).
Probably best bet is a 1 year regular saver then transfer into a 2 year fix (this time next year), take out another RS then transfer into a 1 year (this time 2011)..?0 -
If it has to be a regular saver and you want it to run 3 years then the only one I know of is at the Yorkshire Building Society Regular Saver Issue 2.
It pays 3% Gross and you only get this rate if you save in 11 months out of 12 in a year and only make a maximum of 1 withdrawal. You can only pay £250 in though.

You can do better elsewhere eg: Egg 3.25% includes 1 year bonus of 2% so you would have to move money after 12 months, but you can put as much as you like in here.0 -
