send it in chargeback 4855 non receipt of goods.
Should not be a problem. Merchant if they were to represent the payment they would have to have signed proof of delivery (which they should not have).
Again all this is assuming its a mastercard.
The fact you bought 6 is really irrelevant. You dont have to advise the card company the reasons behind you wanting 6 nor will they care/ask any questions. Im sure tozer can come back in with the ins and outs regarding if they were for business purposes or w/e however in my experience. It does not matter why you bought the goods for a chargeback. No where does it state in the regulations for 4855 that it would exclude this.( not that i have seen)0
