Newbie with 2 questions

1. Had someone pick up an item & gave me cash, my question is what do i do with the listing, mark it as paid & leave feedback or just delete it. If i delete it will i still pay e-bay fees.

2.Had someone contact me & ask me for a buy it now price. If we did agree a price do i just delete listing or could i get in trouble with e-bay.

1: Mark it paid, and leave feedback after they do. Whether you delete it or not is up to you, either way you've got fees to pay (at least you saved a few pence / quid by taking cash not Paypal).

2: Revise the listing and add a buy it now price. If it's already got bids, you'll have to remove them first. If you close your listing and deal off-ebay, you could get bo11ocked, but only if you get found out by ebay... it'll save you the final value fees, but you also lose any protection ebay offers you. Up to you if you think it's worth the risk
