Windows Live Mail - Folders not downloading

I have used windows live mail on and off.
I did uninstall it a while back but decided to go back to using it this week.
Got a couple of hotmail accounts - one of the accounts I put all my details in and its stopped downloading the folders (Inbox, Sent etc.). Other account seems fine.
I logged in via web - and created a dummy folder to test and that was downloaded but it simply has not downloaded the standard folders. Have tried all sorts so far - uninstalling and re-installing - no luck.
Any ideas appreciated.
