dla renewal claim

hi just woundered if anyone can give me advice just got my little girls dla renewal form though have had it filled in by my daughters kids case worker and have got to back it up on the pc my little girl as quite a few things wrong with they think she may have mild cp and she as mild to modurate hearing loss and as something wrong with he legs and feet she also asspeach and langage delay and does not put wieght on as a nomal child so she is on special baby milk too help her she is very unsteady on her feet we just woundered if she would be able to get the morbilty for her as she gets the hige rate dla as with the care she needs now.:confused:

    I don't know the answer, but just curious to how old your daughter is?

  • If your DD is 3 and on higher rate care you can apply for the mobility component of DLA.
    If your DD is on middle or lower rate care you have to wait until she is 5 years old.
