I saw a little of the goings on here last night, dreadful business and wasnt going to ge involved myself, I have enough to do with my own kids without thison top of it. Wasn't sure whether ro even speak now but I did go through the posts as Roy5085 suggested and I have my views for what they were worth but proably wont matter much now that they have been kicked into submission.Having read more this morning I can say that I havent seen a persicution and hate attack like that since watching a TV programme on Crystalnach. Terrible, terrible. Abusive langauge, ignorant attitudes and blackshirt mentality. It looks like aggresevive behaviour from the collective to use a star trek term is endorsed by those I thought may knew better, i knew my advice wouldnt be taken.Son-in-Law and me are both very dissapointed and feel let down.I prinited them off this morning for him and faxed himand he ripped them up and said forget it, juvinile idiots.Even my AMEX issue was met with distain so it must be quite prevalent here.Amazing.0

Dear Tominclover,
People sometimes do resort to abusiveness and hate attacks when they are constantly bombarded with irrelevant information, they see a forum that worked perfectly well and benefited members of the public go sour very quickly in the presence of two (or is it one?) people/person that have stirred up trouble and confused posters, and are then had a go at for asking that the information is collated and presented professionally and in one report.
I have also seen my friends, Ian W, Payless, AndrewSmith and HomerJ and dunstonH, had a go at, and yes, I blew my top and retaliated as I felt it was necessary.
From an outsiders view looking in I accept it may not have been the nicest thing to see on a public forum and if you were offended I apologise to you and your frequently mentioned son in law. But I really meant what I said to the person concerned and do not regret saying it. I dont mince my words and believe in being direct and straight to people and I only conveyed the thoughts of other brokers on this forum, albeit in a less than polite way (I did try politely first though)
Like many brokers the negativity and argumentativeness that has become commonplace in this forum since these extremeists joined has got to me a lot and I now dont even want to bother coming here. But if I did that I would be depriving members of the public of my professional views and assistance on their questions.
I would like to say that hopefully the forum will soon get back to its normal atmosphere and helpfulness but I truly doubt it whilst its being used as a medium to stimulate "debate" on a subject that is
a - not thoroughly researched
b - rammed down our throats constantly
c- contradicted via professional connections on the extremists website
Once again I apologise that you have had to witness my outburst.I am a Mortgage Adviser
