Advice Please..

Hi this is my first time in the forum as I've recently begun the credit card reclaim process. So I had an offer to settle from Monument of £690 which I rejected as the total I'm claiming is £1380 plus £374 interest. Now they have written and offered the full £1380 but no interest. As they have done this is it an admission in part that they are in the wrong so should I pursue the interest too, or do I settle for the offer??
Any advice welcome especially if you have had similar experience.
many thanks..

In short, you have nothing to lose by asking. When they refuse (as they most likely will) issue a claim at county court, at which point you are entitled to 8% interest under s69 of the County Court Act. Game, set and match :D
