Help-Littlewoods have recharged vouchers
Comments

Regardles of Littlewoods statement, they have gone on to sue me for using their £25 off voucher.
I moved out of the property however and they never tried to contact me via phone/email, only letter (to the old address).
The case was judged by default and I now have a CCJ against my credit report.
I'd advise everyone to check their credit files if they have moved house since using this £25 off voucher. I'll be seeking advice as to whether or not I should pay the total (now stands at over £200), or have the CCJ set aside (£75 fee) and fight the case.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hey there Sillychuckie! Really sorry to hear what happened - that's really out of order!!! My first port of call would be a call to Consumer Direct. Explain what has happened and that everyone was given a refund (apart from you it seems!) and also point them to the beeb story on this to back up your claims - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7096515.stm. I think it would also be worth a call to Citizens Advice Bureau to see what they say and maybe a letter to your MP. You could also try and get in touch with You and Yours on Radio 2 like I did - I am sure they would like a follow up to this story! You could also try seeing if you can get some free legal advice under your home/car insurance. Finally, you could join phone up Which Magazine and join for three months (about 12 pounds, but you will have to cancel the repeat billing) and with that, you get unlimited access to their legal eagles. Hope some of this helps you - let us know how you get on!0
