Natwest new Visa Debit upgrade with CGC ?

I have an Advantage Gold with Natwest, and when I opened it in May I was given a Solo card, now the account has been run perfectly since then, its funded well and never OD etc, they even gave me a OD limit !.
But my Solo card is damaged and I was wondering if I report it damaged next week when the new Visa Debit cards are coming out if they would upgrade me to a Visa Debit with a CGC as well, as I was told I could apply for an upgrade when I first opened my account if I ran it well for a few months. Not sure if the upgrade is Automatic or if it needs to be referred for someone to do.

I would say no unless you apply for one.
