Hi all,
My wife has a new laptop and is trying to connect wirelessly via our router.
She connects to the router no problem at all but when opening IE it doesn't connect to the internet.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

David Rogers try this
Open network connections
Right click on wireless connection
Click "properties"
Under "This connection uses the following items:"
select "Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)"
Click "Properties"
Select "Obtain an IP address automatically"
Click "OK"
It should work
