using googlemail with parental control

hi, i have set up parental control on DD's computer and listed the websites she can look at, can she retrieve her emails from googlemail? at the moment she can sign in but then nothing happens. i tried logging on in the administrator profile and it loaded fine so why will it not load in hers when she has access to the page?

Have you enabled access to mail.google.com?
Also, she could use an email client, such as Thunderbird, for accessing her emails.0 -
yeah i have, but the plot thickens! in my section(administrator) i can access googlemail but in dd's section i can not (even with parental control removed? all other pages work with no problem. ideas?0

Clear the history, delete all your cookies, and try again.0

have you tried https:// as well as http:// for the googlemail site?
Try
https://www.google.com/mail
or
https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=html&zy=a (basic HTML version of the google mail site)
see if you get anything difrent.Laters
