Where do I find my ebay voucher?

I phoned Ebay CS at the weekend about an item not received. I complained that ebay was not doing enough to help me recover my money so they promised me a £20 voucher 'which we show up on my account'. Well i can't see it- does anyone know where to find these vouchers as I believe they are quite common?

Hi - I chased mine up last week and they said it takes 10 working days for it to show up and it will appear near the section at the top that shows you are logged in the ' Hello xxxx(xxx), [sign out]' part.

My 10 working days is up on 15th so I will let you know for sure where it appears then lol

Well I hope yours actually arrived as right now I am fuming at ebay!
I called a few days after they promised voucher and was told its all ok and it takes 10 working days so upto 14th Sept for it to appear on account. I phoned on 14th and was told it will appear on 15th (Tue). I phoned Tue and was told 100% it will appear on account today - I phoned today and was told 'oops no the voucher was not created back on the 31st August so you'll have to wait another 10 working days as I will create one for you today'! No explanation of how no mention of this on any previous phone call or why nobody actually activated or started the voucher process when they saw it was not being created!

Got nowhere with complaint so simply feel they fobbed me off with promise of a voucher simply to stop me complaining about a seller charging me extra postage after auction closed despite being in a free p&p category - mainly because they were a big seller and I guess ebay did not want any waves.

Dont expect the voucher to arrive at all and after 6 phone calls in total with being on hold for ages on several of them it has now cost me a ton in phone call costs so voucher would prob just cause me to break even - disgusting treatment! Why promise a voucher then do sod all about it!

SOrry for rant but blooming furious at them - did not even ask for voucher initially but after having it promised then yanked away I am annoyed!

tea3, i complained about something too a few weeks back and didnt receive a thing. i called again saying i hadnt received the voucher they promised me and they were apologetic and the next day it appeared at the top of the page once i'd logged in. its a green link saying 'you have vouchers available'. t&c's state you have to pay with paypal to qualify and there is an expiry date on them.

hope you get it eventually!
