Billingham Camera Bag

A friend of ours has recently lost her husband and has asked me to sell his camera equipment for her, the camera bag is a Billingham which by all accounts is the bag to have even though it is quite old, it did however have a brass stud missing so I emailed Billingham to enquire if this was something I could purchase from them, they have sent me by return of post two spare studs free of charge, and I would just like to praise them for their excellent customer care.
