What if I am not entitled to Income Allowance

Hi

I wonder if anyone can advise me, I was made redundant in June and have been receiving JSA . As I have paid a mortgage protection premium for the past 4 1/2yrs my mortgage is paid out by the insurance company as long a I get my AB1i form filled out by the local job centre. After my 6 months JSA is up I know I will not qualify for the Income based allowance as my partner has an income and we have some savings, my concern is should I not have found a job by December and don;t qualify for income based allowance what evidence will I have to prove to my mortgage company that I am still unemployed (will I still be able to fill out an Abi1 form?) and therefore allow them to continue to pay out (the contract with them stipulates that they will pay out for a max of 12 months). Would I get some NI contributions paid for me and therefore use this as evidence that my situation is still unemployed (if it is that is).

any help greatly appreciated.

You can continue to sign on after the first six months, in order for your NI Credits to be paid.
    Gone ... or have I?
