    Well after all the stress my husband managed to recover it! Have sent it off now so will see what happens. Thank god I don't have to do it again.

    I know the feeling when you've worked on something for ages and then you think you've lost it. It's so frustrating and really makes you want to just say sod it!!!

    thanks I will definitely try to keep posting. If I do get an interview I am sure I will be back in a panic asking for advice! Not that this job is anything remotely high powered but it's been a long time since I had an interview and I've lost a lot of confidence since not working. Will let you know how I go :)
