Anyone else have a problem with Mark Warner customer services?

Has anyone else experienced problems with Mark Warner customer services and if so how have you got round it.

They have made an error in my holiday booking, I travel next week, I have had email communication with the company, they have said they will investigate and come back, but no one will come back to me. I keep phoning and emailing, and it is very frustrating.

The holiday is still going ahead, the problem is with the accommodation, which I have requested be sorted, as it was the whole reason we booked the holiday was for that specific accommodation. They are hiding behind a two week report deadline, and it is getting very jobs worth.
