ICICI identification documents

Options
I am in the process of opening an ICICI account.
Can anyone tell me whether ALL documents have to be certified or just copies of things you don't want to send originals for e.g. passports.

From their email it sounds like ALL documents need to be certified but this is unusual if you are sending the originals.

Thanks in advance for any help.
