Bank Charges Claims

Hi,
I have tried to claim bank charges in the past and I took the offer which was given to me, which in some cases was considerably lower then what was requested. Is it possible to request the full amount of bank charges or is it too late seeing as I took the offer.
Also, I did not have the details at the time to take on some of the credit cards due to the fact that the accounts have been closed. What would be the case in these incidences? Up to what time frame can you claim the credit card charges?

Providing the settlements in he past were not full and final settlements of a claim. If they were then unfortunately you will be unable to do this up to the point the amounts were settled. If they were after that date then you can reclaim any charges.0 -
