hi can you help me i got a phone from ebay that turned out to be a copy the touch screen had liquid uder it and a small chip and the stick thing was missing the seller told me to send it back at my expence i didnt have the money to do that and to get a new phone that i needed asap as i am ill and depend on my mobile so i thought i would just put it in the bin and forget about it i gave neutral feedback stating the state the phone was in and that if you ordered from them and there was a problem then you have to pay to have it sent back.
i then get a email from them telling me to change the feedback with a template of what i should put and where to send it i just ignored it i then got a nother email telling me to change it then i got a offer of 10% off i told them i didnt want it and that i would not change feedback they then sent me a email offering full money i said i didnt have the phone now and they sent another telling me to send it back we have spent 3 days with me telling them i dont have it and them sending a email with 1 or 2 words and me saying i dont have the phone this has been going on about 3 weeks now i have asked them to stop emailing me what should i do i didnt want nothing just wanted to leave neutral feedback so people knew they would have to pay to return even if they was sent a brick they couldnt use i could have left negitive but i didnt sorry its so long

put their email address n a filter and get them placed in a file. If you have asked them to stop contacting you and they havent, they are now harrassing you under the telecommunications act ( I think) Check the emails once a week print them all off then report them to the police
Alternativly put a spam filter on their address so theyre emails are just binned.ONE HOUSE , DS+ DD Missymoo Living a day at a time and getting through this mess you have created. One day life will have no choice but to be nice to me :rotfl:0 -

You should also report it to Ebay. Maybe ebay having a word would stop it.0

Report them to ebay. Then as others say just mark it as spam so it goes into your spam folder. Or just ignore them they'll give up in the end0

Change the feedback as requested, but change it to a negative, and put:
"item a fake, expensive return postage, and seller now continually harassing me. Avoid!"Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
