Best 3G Phone Under £100?

Hi all,
I've been looking at a few phones for a while now for internet browsing, so I'm thinking a 3G touchscreen. The ones I'm considering are:
Samsung Tocco Lite (£89.99 ish comes with £10 credit) (not 3G)
LG Viewty (£75 in Tesco)
LG Cookie
Sony Ericcson (can't remember which one - not touchscreen though
)
I've seen really really negative reviews of the Viewty, the Tocco doesnt have 3G and I've forgotten the problem with the cooki!
Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks,
Jay

Having compared both the tocco lite and the cookie I would recommend the LG cookie, it looks and feels better quality all round. The only downside I've found is that the vertical scroll bar is not that sensitive when using your finger, perfect with the supplied stylus though. I suggest you go to a carphone warehouse shop, the payg cookie is unlocked and unbranded as standard from there. So you can buy it on the cheapest deal,which is on orange, for £87.95 including the compulsory £10 airtime, without any ugly orange logo/branding. Then just stick in your own sim card of choice.0

Does the cookie have 3g? Didn't think it did. If you want a phone for internet browsing, you need 3g at least, and preferably wifi too. Also note, some providers like T- mobile, don't allow streaming of some sites like BBC iplayer.0

jaydeeuk is correct, no 3g on the cookie, you'll have to go for the viewty Lite which will cost you £110...0
