Thanks for all the advice everyone! I will try and address the issues you've all raised sorry if i forget any!
Orange contracts - called to give 30 days notice on 1 contract today so thats one gone and arranged to have the other dropped to £20 as of today so that lowers it.
DF has a t mobile contract which hes had lowered to £15 a month with only 50 less minutes than he has now.
Car - i know its a drain but unfortunately it is necessary. Were outside of London in Essex. Where my parents live there is no reliable bus service within walking distance so id need to call them to pick me up from the nearest stop everytime i went out. Also if I get this job its also not near a bus service so car has to stay.
I have discussed rent and family loan with the family, OHs family dont set his rent the council do so that cant change. His family loan is to his brother who has just been made redundant and that money is all hes getting really. I dont get on very well with my parents and they just said they shouldnt have to pay for my choices by getting less rent  and they wont even let me have a month break from paying them back so thats a no go area
Sold what little sellable stuff we had on ebay in an attempt to keep renting our old house
Have told OH to stand up to his parents and we will not be chipping in for takeaways anymore, we will cook ourselves. Have also told him this for gifts - in the past where i havent put money in a card or a present etc for an occasion she has bought something, put our name on it and told OH how much we owe them :mad: its rudeness and inappropriate and a show up to give lack of money as an excuse aparently (dont even get me started on MIL issues :mad:)
Have only bought clothes this month for the interview.
Will try suspending sky tomorrow.
Went to tesco before I dropped OH off at work and he bought those pot noodle/pasta pot things for 50p each for lunch at work and a multipack of drinks (own brand) for £2 so £4.50 for lunches for the week.
Minibear: thank god for you!
- I am just expected 2 show round ppl who have booked for an appointment/visit
- its an esporta gym, affluent area, lots of well to do clients. family friendly still, full of ladies who lunch while theyre kids play in the pool or the play area (as told to me by the guy showing me round)
- strictly pay per month (expensive too i was shocked!)
- 15k basic then comission on top of that plus free membership, the gym also has a policy where there is always 1 member of staff in a class joining in so i would be expected to to do at least 2 a week which would be fantastic as I need to lose a few pounds! Is this the norm?
The guy i spoke to today said its fine i havent had sales experience as im young but i should find out about terms and "industry lingo" for when I have a 2nd interview?
If Ive missed anything let me know!DFW for 2010!! :TFreemans - £220 /// Argos - £240 /// Vodafone - £250 /// Halifax OD - £1100 /// Capital 1 CC - £100 /// Orange - £40
Goals - to move out and save enough to go to Florida for my 21st!
