Debt Relief order please help
Hi there, i have a bank loan of over £7000 and hope to get a DRO. I have just been made redundant and am supporting my wife and 2 young kids. We rent a house and have no savings. However we have a computer at home and my wife has a camera worth about £300 which she bought to try and start a photography business.
Because i own a computer and my wife owns this camera does this mean we have assets worth over £300 so dont qualify?
The debt is in my name not my wifes?
Please advise me
Thanks
Nitai
