Hi cookiebun
The new capped tariff we are offering to replace your existing product is not the cheapest available.
Like most of our capped products, the new tariff carries a premium above standard rates for guaranteeing not to increase prices before 2011. This may no longer be what you are looking for.
I would pop your usage on to one of the comparison sites and see what options are available, both with us and other suppliers.
Just a heads up; although the new product does not have a cancellation fee, we don't give discount on final bills when a customer changes supplier. Therefore, it is best to time a switch away to lessen the impact of this.
If we don't hear from you your account will automatically go on to the new capped product.
Hope this helps but give me a shout if you need any more info. Always happy to help.
