UK credit cards that handle overseas balance transfers?

I tried applying for a Virgin card back in October but was told they couldn't give me any credit until I'd lived in the UK for three full years. It's been three years now, so I'm ready to re-apply, but first I thought I'd see if there were any other better offers out there now as far as these kinds of cards go?

Virgin still do the best money transfer offer I can see, bar of course M&S with the travellers cheques, but you might want to be careful as if they knock you back again that would probably be too many recent credit searches for another lender (Egg, for example) to be too keen to take you on.

How many times have you applied for credit in the last six months now?

It might be better to go for the M&S with Travellers cheques and once the 10 months is up you can transfer to any other 0% offer on the market, if you've got any left to pay, because of course the debt would then be on a UK card.
