    not read reviews...but i installed 7 a month ago.
It's much bigger, much slower and doesn't recognise my spanking new "approved, supported" external HP lightscribe burner. Tried the reinstall, cleanpack, re-install, Nero fix, lightscribe recognition software, updated to 7.0.8.2....made not a jot of difference.
Lightscribe worked fine on basic Nero OEM, it's just version 7 that messes up.

On the bright side, i like the "all in one" media entertainment thingy, will be handy if you've got all your media on a central server to share throughout the house on hi-fi's TV's etc.... but that's really slow as well. I'm whipping the whole thing off until there's a software update.

Strange, Nero's website mentions nothing about downloading a free version! Scan.co.uk has this version for £1.16, but postage is an extra £8.23!! Might be okay if you're buying something else from Scan.

i suspect felix is talking about a "less than legal" download copy.

    "is this copy yours, sir?"
