Low consumpion lightbulbs BOGOF

Quasar · 2006-05-05 22:55:22

My local Morrisons again has Philips low-energy lightbulbs for 99p, buy one get one free. That was in the Acton branch, London, but I expect the offer is countrywide.

Having tried them, my view is the 11w (supposedly =60w standard) are a waste of space. The light quality is nowhere near acceptable.

.....except maybe as a night-light!
