Can you reclaim charges from the bank twice??

In 2007 I reclaimed bank charges from the Bank of Scotland. I was refunded the whole amount of the charges reclaimed - around 400 pound as a goodwill gesture.
Since then I have been charged a further 700 pounds. Can I now sumbit another letter to reclaim these also? Someone advised me that the Bank of Scotland would of made me sign something regarding future charges before refunding me. I cant remember if I did sign this, but If this is the case does it mean I cannot claim back these charges.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You cannot sign away your future rights to reclaim so yes you can reclaim charges again.0
