Moving Home, Still In Contract, BT

Looking for some advise on this one,

I have been living in the same RENTED property for the last three years and for the last two I have had BT Broadband,

My problem is that I have signed in to another 18 month contract recently 2 months ago and a week ago I had a letter from my landlady to say she was moving back to the house and we have to be out by Jan 1st. (we dont want to leave!)

We have now decided to move to the girlfriends parents for a year or two to save for a deposit to buy our own place so we dont get turfed out again.

I have called BT and they have said it will be £325 to cancel the contract.
Is there some thing I can do to lower the charge?

There is already broadband in the house we are moving into and they signed in the same day as me  so cant move it over.

Any Ideas?

Its funny I only signed in to get the new black hub as the old one was rubbish with my XBOX.
The new hub went back into its box a week after I got it as that didnt work very well either.

Thankyou.

I appreciate that you have been asked to move home for which you do not want to do, however the cancellation charge that you have been advised of is correct for ending the BT Broadband contract prior to the expiry date.
