ICICI account passwords?

Hi all,

I havent logged into my icici account for a few months and now need to transfer some money but am struggling to remember my password! Does anyone know the format needed for the passwords (ie did I have to pick a password of a specific length, with certain characters in etc) ? Probably just have to get it reset but think that takes a few days to get a new one sent out.

Mine is 6 x alpha/numeric [******]; 6 is the max

!!!!!! - I tried my usual 6 char passwords without luck

I think someone mentioned here that you have to log in at least once a month or they lock out your account and you have to phone them to get it reactivated.

We recently had to send off for a new password for wifey. It did arrive quite quickly too.

Oh, and it worked first time for her. She was also able to quite easily change it immediately too.

cheers - I rang up and struggled to talk to some indian chap this morning to request a new password, I think he said a new one would be sent next week

Hi. My Mum is having a nightmare accessing here Icici account. She's entered the correct account ID and password but it won't let her in. When she looks for advice it says to call the Customer Service no. It then brings up a load of numbers in India! Which do we call? Any help please!?

False alarm! Sorted it. You need to go to a link on the left hand side of the site to access the UK site. This is not clear at all. Badly designed site, plus the 0808 help number doesn't work.

Never mind, we got there in the end.
