Old box of Rose wine?

I have a box of Rose wine that was given to me ages ago. We won't drink it and I don't want to waste it. Would it be okay to put in a stew/casserole and what type of meat would it taste best with? TIA:D

we have a leftover red wine thread

how long does wine keep when opened

freezing wine and old box of rose wine which may help with one or two ideas

hope those help and we will merge this later
