Hello i have 505 virgin shares and have been sent the offer for share holders now NTL have come on board and i need some advise what to do please.
1. Sell the shares back to them for 3.72 each
2. Take NTL shares on the basis of 0.23245 for each virgin share
3. Take NTL share on the basis of 0.18596 for each share plus 67p.
My question is do i sell the shares and take the risk they dont increase greatly, or one of the other options. I could do with the money, but i have tried to forget i have them and would to sit on them, only from the point of view i have enjoyed owning some shares. My grand plan was to sell them in 2 years when my others shares from virgin which i buy each month contrract ends, and will get get a large bonus plus the money i have invested back, or buy shares at a greatly reduced rate.
Any body able to help pleae, i realsie no one can predict share prices, but what would you do. If i sell them i wnat to tie them money up again in an account i can not access? Any advise on this as well please.
