Easyplan provides Architectural drawings to customers wishing to extend their homes. We prepare drawings then submit your proposals to the local Planning department. Easyplan takes the stress out of extending your home.
What they don't tell you is that they will rip you off...................take your money and run.
For anyone wanting plans drawn up for extensions/loft conversions I would not use this company. They told us that application fee's were included in the price, now they are saying they wernt. Not much I can do as plans were done 10 months ago and now i have a bill to pay building control inspectors. They tried to charge me for altering he plans once as they had put a steel beam in the centre going into a chimney breast which even I knew was not allowed.
Now I know why the went into liquidation and started up again, £705 they charged for plans for a loft conversion on a 3 bed terrace house.
As for the plans the builder has said they are poor plans and is working with the building exp to allow some changes.
I wish I knew what I know now but hats a lesson learn, just needed a rant and hopefully avoid someone else getting ripped off

Love your sig COVLASS - had a severely premature baby and was told she would never walk or talk. I vowed if she couldn't go out into the world I would bring the world to her. . . . she started secondary school last week and is in top group maths!! How old is she - you know the best is yet to come . . I volunteer with autism/aspergers etc. Never done any formal training - love getting results with kids/young adults that 'professionals' haven't anticipated. Have 3 AMAZING children of my own and a couple of dozen that I have a vested interested in!
