  • Hi all,

What is it with this ice cream maker that everyone...well almost everyone has misplaced the manual for the Moulinex Ice cream Maker...I did too, years ago and I am looking for a copy if anyone has it and is kind enough to send me a copy, I would really appreciate it. I have never even used mine.....

its basically, you leave the metal bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours (I left mine in freezer permanently then followed a basic icecream or sorbet recipe and put it in the bowl then switch the appliance on. If the bowl is cold enough you should have sorbet within twenty minutes and ice cream in 30 - 40 minutes! in reality, you sometimes need to transfer the mix to a container and put in your freezer! Recipes can be found online - you dont need to own THAT appliance - they all work the same way!
