Ooh...Tiger Balm is fab stuff, I love it! I used to buy loads of it from Hong Kong but I've recently noticed it in Poundland.
I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....

I suffered with tennis elbow for weeks,I rubbed on the tiger balm, nothing happened, then I rubbed on some more and it felt like cold water was rushing through my elbow joint, its really good.I have purchased the original one from the chemist and a cheaper make from the pound shop, they both worked really well.

It's good for headaches - some people find it goes *hot* and some people find it goes *cold*. I think it's similar to 4head if you have used that.

Has anyone come across something called (I think) ZamBuk? I think it's supposed to *good* for just about everything but I've never seen it in the shops.
