Holland and Barrett sell it as do our local Tesco. It is not always called Tiger Balm but it comes in a small hexagonal jar.

    I swear by it too.

Funny you should mention Tiger Balm, but I saw it for the very first time for sale in a branch of Saver the other day. I didn't see the price of it, but if you happen to be passing a Savers then it might be worth your while popping in.

There was a thread about Tiger Balm before - in the health board I think. It made Tiger Balm sound like some sort of miracle substance. I'll have a wee look around and if I can find it I'll post back with a link.

its definitely worth trying to see if it helps you.
My husband was knocked off his bike about 13 years ago and he used it then for aches and pains. We've used it ever since and think its great.
    Hope it helps you

I've used it to. Its good for headaches (I didn't know you could use it for other things). I know they sell it in boots for about £5 I think, although I saw some in the shop Instore for 65p. I bought it thinking that it would just be a cheap copy but I was surprised that it worked just as well as the stuff from Boots.
