Buying a flat-first time buyer. Please help.

I'm a first time buyer looking to buy a flat, obviously I'll have my mortgage and council tax to pay every month and I know I have utilitiy bills, tv licence, but does anyone have a rough idea how much gas/electric/water rates etc are? And what other bills am I likely to have to shell out for every month.

I am fairly new to this, so any advice would be much appreciated, really don't want to bite off more than I can chew.

Many thanks...:D

    Contents Insurance = £20

The food at £150 sounds a little optimistic to me..............Thats approximately £5.35 for breakfast, lunch & Dinner....

Maybe I just spend too much!! But try to consider all the little things you might buy from day to day like milk, bread etc... all adds up!
