Credit card Charges? Advice needed.

Hi All

After having alot of success with reclaiming PPI, I am now starting to go through my statements re credit card charges.

I have the docs going back years, however I see some of them have changed their charges from around £25/£35 to £12 throughout our agreement. When I put in my claim should I claim the £12 charges too or just for the higher amounts? Also, some recent cards taken out have only ever charged us the £12 - can I write to them and request our charges back or is it likely a waste of time?

Sorry just another quick question:o. Does the credit card have to be taken out before a certain date to reclaim? For example, I have on here that was taken out in July 2008 with a couple of £12 charges - can I reclaim these?
