Bose SoundDock® Portable digital music system/iPod® 16GB Prize Draw rules
1. Prize draw open to customers and non-customers aged 18 years or over from 7th September 2009. Draw not open to employees of Brookson Ltd, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
2. One entry per person per month. Entries must be submitted to Brookson Ltd, Bose SoundDock® Portable digital music system/iPod® 16GB Prize Draw, Brunel House, 340 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RG and be received by 23:59 on the last day of the month. The Prize Draw will be run monthly until the end of March 2010.
3. No purchase or consultation necessary - Complete the online form or send your name and address on a piece of paper/postcard/back of an envelope to Brookson Limited, Bose SoundDock® Portable digital music system/iPod® 16GB Prize Draw, Brunel House, 340 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RG for entry.
4. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting or sending by e-mail will not be accepted as proof of entry.
5. One lucky winner will be drawn at random within 7 days of the end of the respective month and will receive a Bose® SoundDock® Portable digital music system and iPod® 16GB. The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner will be informed within 7 days of the draw taking place. Details of the monthly winner will be available by sending an SAE to Brookson Ltd, Bose SoundDock® Portable digital music system/iPod® 16GB Prize Draw Winner List' at the address given in condition 2 above.
7. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.
8. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.
9. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
