Has anyone noticed that everytime the wine festival on your wine is always substituted or is it just me? There might be a really good deal on wine and they don't have it so they send me something like 2 bottles at a fiver each instead of 2 for a tenner. I know i could say no to substitutions but i don't have a problem with…

Am I reading this right that Tesco now give you a substituted item at the same price as the item you ordered as long as it is a "real" price?

They did this for me with some bread flour last year "as a gesture of goodwill" but haven't done it since.
